Lu Kemp - Director

Picture
My name is Lu. I am not on stage, my job is to shape the play with the actors and to make sure the story is clear.

I've been fascinated with origami for a long time. I love the possibility of making something that has a personality and a life from just one sheet of paper - no cutting, no glue, just folds.

Lu Kemp is a theatre and radio director. She has just finished working with Inspector Sands directing their new show If That's All There Is at the Traverse. The show won the Edinburgh International Festival Fringe Prize 2009.
